Dr Ben Cruickshank joins the Engage team

Great news! Dr Ben Cruickshank has joined the Engage team.
Ben joins as a part of the Global Agronomy team to support our Aqualatus/Integrate technology across the world.
Ben is an internationally experienced agronomist who recently relocated from Jersey, where he worked as an agronomist and technical manager in the potato industry. With a PhD in crop science, he combines strong scientific knowledge with practical, down-to-earth field experience.
Having worked closely with growers across Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East, Ben has previously specialised in crop protection/production strategies and is known for building trusted relationships and turning complex science into clear, practical advice that works on farm.
Ben’s experience has also seen him working in crop production with large UK producers of salads and herbs, working with both growers and retail customers.
With a background spanning research, agronomy, quality systems and agricultural technology, Ben brings a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping growers produce high-quality, sustainable crops which makes him a superb fit for Engage.
